瞿建国，男，1954年生，上海人，大学学历。企业家、慈善家。
    1983 年领导村办企业实现产值千万元、利润超百万而闻名全国；1986年任副乡长，主持经济工作业绩突出，跻身中国首批亿元富乡；1987年向社会公募招股，创立中国最早的上市公司之一——申华实业，该公司1998年被评为中国大陆百强上市公司第五名。
    1993年,他将自己赚来的第一个1000万元捐出，创立中国首家非政府背景的公益基金会——建国社会公益基金会；2004年又创立自然与健康基金会。至今累计捐款数千万元。
    2001年，投身人居环保产业，创立开能集团，首倡“全屋净水”理念，针对中国水质研制一系列经济有效的全屋水处理系统。产品被北京奥运会、上海世博局、301医院、中福会幼儿园及数万家庭使用并出口欧美，获评国家重点新产品和上海市著名商标。
    2009年，获首届上海慈善大会“慈善捐赠个人奖”。

  Jianguo Qu, born in Shanghai in 1954, be recognized as a famous Entrepreneur and Charitarian.
  He started leading a Village-run business in 1983 and made it well-known in China by creating more than 10 millions turnover and more than 1 million profits. In 1986, he got outstanding achievement as the Vice-mayor and in charge of the economic development of the town, which is listed on Hundred Million RMB Towns in China of the year. In 1987, he established Shenhua Industrial Co. Ltd. (now named as Shenhua Holding Co., Ltd) one of the earliest listing companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange by public offerings. In 1998, the company was ranked as the 5th of 100th Largest Companies in Mainland China.
  In 1993, He donated his first 10 million RMB and founded the first private foundation in China---Jianguo Foundation. In 2004, He founded Nature and Health Foundation. He has contributed tens of millions of RMB up to now.
  He devoted himself to residential environmental industry and founded Canature Group in 2001, which first brought up concept of “purified water for Whole House” and developed a series products which specially purify the tap water for the whole house in a very efficient and economic way. The products have been assessed as Important Achievement of New Products in China, and had been used for Beijing Olympics, Expo2010 Shanghai, General Hospital of Chinese PLA, China Welfare Institute as well as thousands of families in China, also exported to Europe and America. Canature brand was recognized as Famous Brand in Shanghai.
  In 2009, he was awarded as “Shanghai Excellent Charity Individual”.
